Clear Billing Structure: Memberships are billed monthly on your sign-up anniversary and require a three-month minimum commitment. Note that infusions cannot be transferred to others, and an add-on must accompany each IV infusion.

Cancellation Policy

Know Our Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership after the initial commitment, simply email us at pinnaclepemf21@gmail.com. Please note the following:
  • ● Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment.
  • ● Infusions cannot be transferred to other people.
  • ● An add-on must be accompanied with an IV infusion.
Once you send your cancellation request, your membership will be deactivated at the end of your current billing period. You can use any remaining treatments until that time.
